Meet the voices
Engage live with the experts
Our speakers are clinicians, creators and advocates who specialize in women’s health through midlife. Talks flow into small-group conversations and 1-to-1 moments so you can connect insight to your own experience.
Dr. Teresa Walsh
HRT 101: Why Now, and Why It Matters
Dr. Teresa Walsh is a board-certified OB/GYN and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, based in Hawaii and focused on the health needs of women in midlife and beyond. She's an expert in the nuances of hormone delivery systems and specializes in managing symptoms for women with complex medical histories. She currently practices at Gliss Wellness serving women across all 50 states. Teresa will cover the basics of hormone replacement therapy — what it is, who it's for, and why timing matters. She'll break down the "why now" question that keeps so many women on the fence about starting.
Dr. Diana Kumar
Beyond Estrogen: Testosterone, GLP-1s, and Peptides Explained
Dr. Diana Kumar is a board-certified OB-GYN, menopause specialist, and obesity medicine physician with years of experience caring for women through every stage of life. She co-founded Gliss Wellness, a virtual-first women's health practice based in Hawaii, alongside Dr. Teresa Walsh, with a mission to make expert, physician-led care for menopause, hormone health, and weight management accessible across the state. Diana will unpack testosterone's role in women's health alongside the current wave of GLP-1s and peptides — what they actually do, where the science stands, and how they fit (or don't) into a woman's hormone picture.
Dr. Rebecca Luria
Taking Care of Your Skin After Menopause: What Every Woman Should Know
Dr. Rebecca Luria is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her MD from Georgetown University and completed her residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, later teaching dermatology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and serving as Chief of Dermatology at Fort Drum and Fort Meade during her time in the U.S. Army. She's practiced general dermatology in Kailua since leaving the Army in 2011 and currently sees patients at Hawaii Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Centers. Dr. Luria will cover best practices for skincare during menopause and beyond, what to watch for regarding skin cancer, and will take audience questions.
